THIS EYE-CATCHING, late Classical Revival-style structure overlooking Lake Erie was designed by Canadian civil engineer William P. Anderson and built from reinforced concrete over a hundred years ago. Designated as a National Historic Site in 1998, it’s open during the summer to visitors on bus tours or by appointment.
