George Nicholson Memorial Trail
Stretch your legs on this 5.7-kilometre out-and-back trail overlooking MacIntyre Bay. Beginning at Jones Beach, the wide dirt path offers plenty of sightseeing options, including St. Catharines Marina. The striking red-and-white lighthouse offers an ideal vantage point for viewing where Lake Ontario meets the Welland Canal, which features the world’s steepest canal elevation change.
