Customers love the staff at Spotless Auto Services so much that some even invite employees to celebrate major life events — even funerals. “This may sound unusual, but it speaks to the relation- ships we have built,” says manager Manuel “Manny” Baiao. “There’s a real sense of community here in Niagara and we love being a part of that.” Staff at Spotless are on a first-name basis with most clients, he says, and they feel more like family than customers. It’s the shop’s commitment to clients that truly sets them apart, Baiao explains. “It’s about more than just money — it’s about building trust and meaningful connections, We take pride in maintaining these relationships, making each client feel valued and supported every time they come in.” Spotless even offers complimentary oil changes for clients going through difficult times and provides full engine shampoos and shines for those with large bills.
