A Message from CAA
A LETTER FROM THE BOARD CHAIR

Moving Niagara Forward
THIS SPRING, we’re unveiling a refreshed look for the CAA Niagara brand, one that reflects our evolving vision while honouring our proud history in Niagara. Though our appearance is changing, our dedication to you, our Members, remains at the core of who we are.
Our updated brand embodies our commitment to “Moving Niagara forward, every single day.” This vision guides us to deliver not just exceptional services and memorable experiences, but also initiatives that make a tangible impact in our region.
From roadside assistance, travel planning and insurance services to exclusive Member benefits, we strive to protect and enhance your daily life in meaningful ways. These services are built on a foundation of care and connection, ensuring that every interaction with CAA Niagara brings value to our Members and customers.
An important part of this new look is the integration of two recently acquired businesses — AAPEX Driving Academy and Niagara Airbus, as well as their brands — into the CAA Niagara family. These acquisitions allow us to serve you in new and innovative ways, strengthening our ability to meet the evolving needs of our Members and the broader community. Together, these businesses enable us to deliver enhanced services and create deeper connections across Niagara.
Beyond all this, our commitment to the community remains unwavering. Financial contributions to Feed Niagara and programs like Community Boost exemplify how we’re supporting Niagara’s future by providing vital funding and marketing resources to local non-profits. Whether it’s helping charities amplify their missions or contributing to causes that make our region stronger, we take pride in fostering community well-being.
This new chapter is not just about a refreshed look. It’s also a celebration of what makes CAA Niagara unique. We remain committed to identifying new ways to enrich the lives of our Members while addressing the evolving needs of our region.
We look forward to continuing to grow with you in the years ahead. CAA

A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

Going Further for Our Members
AT CAA NIAGARA, we’re proud to be a driving force behind initiatives that make our community safer and stronger. As a not-for-profit organization, our mission extends far beyond services — it’s about delivering peace of mind and improving the quality of life for everyone who calls Niagara home. Through our advocacy efforts, we address the issues that matter most to you and our shared community. We’ve championed initiatives to empower our Members with practical tools and advice, such as safeguarding vehicles against auto theft and helping travellers navigate disruptions through our Air Passenger Help Guide. These programs are designed to equip you with the knowledge and support you need to handle life’s unexpected challenges. Our road safety initiatives go further, aiming to protect all road users — whether on foot, two wheels, or behind the wheel. Campaigns like Slow Down, Move Over highlight the importance of protecting roadside workers, while our ongoing efforts educate drivers on the dangers of impaired and distracted driving. From cycling and school zone safety to understanding your rights when you need a tow, we’re dedicated to promoting awareness and safe practices for every road user. Additionally, we’re proud to support drivers of all ages through our AAPEX Driving Academy, ensuring everyone — from new drivers to those looking to refresh their skills — feels confident behind the wheel. Of course, we can’t do this alone. Advocacy is a shared journey, and your involvement is essential to its success. Whether you participate in events, share our campaigns, or simply spread the word, your voice amplifies our efforts and helps create lasting change. Together, we can ensure that Niagara remains a place where safety, connection, and community go hand in hand. Thank you for being a vital part of this journey. Your membership empowers us to continue making a difference every day. CAA
