WITHOUT A HITCH
I and five others booked a trip to Mexico with Paula. She was lovely, very patient when explaining stuff, spoke with multiple members of our group, gave us all the information we needed and followed up as needed. Had my battery replaced by Jim from CAA Roadside Assistance — right at home in my driveway! He was super friendly and greeted me with a smile, which was nice first thing in the morning. He tested my battery and confirmed it was dead and quickly replaced it with a brand new one with an excellent warranty. And the price was less than any of the quotes I had gotten from any of the shops I’d called. Not to mention that none of those shops would come to me the way CAA did! Thanks to Jim and CAA for the superior service! And thanks to the dispatcher, Gail, for being so helpful and putting me at ease! I’m a member for life! –Paula M. GIVE ME SHELTER Phil was great! Due to medical reasons, Sophia needed to extend her online driving school portion, and your team was incredibly understanding and accommodating during that process. We truly appreciated the flexibility and kindness shown to us.
I would also like to give a special thank you to Samantha from the Grimsby office. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly patient and professional while assisting us with booking and rebooking the driving test after we encountered scheduling conflicts. I know we had to reach out several times, and throughout it all, Samantha remained kind, understanding and helpful. Her patience, professionalism and genuine care made a stressful process much easier for both Sophia and our family. Please pass along our sincere appreciation to her. STRESS RELIEVER The CAA driver, Mike, was very friendly, understanding and gave me a lot of information. Being unable to drive my vehicle is stressful; the wait was only about 35 minutes. Luckily, it was a nice day, and Mike helped me relax about why my car wouldn’t start. I appreciated his professionalism and friendly, quiet, calm attitude.
